1. Platform Disclaimer

GoPlayPal is a technology platform that enables users to organize and participate in sports activities.

GoPlayPal does not organize, host, supervise, or control any sports activities listed on the platform.

All events and activities are created and managed by users. Participants join these activities at their own risk.

Users acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves risk of injury. GoPlayPal does not supervise events and participants join at their own risk.

Organizer responsibility. Event organizers are solely responsible for the activities they create.

Venues. GoPlayPal does not own, inspect, or control sports venues.

2. Personal Responsibility & Risk (Assumption of Risk)

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or physical harm. By participating in activities arranged through GoPlayPal, users acknowledge and accept these risks.

Users agree that they participate in activities at their own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, safety, and conditions of any event or activity.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPlayPal and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to injuries, disputes, cancellations, or losses occurring during activities organized by users.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

4. User Conduct & Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users of the platform. Users agree to behave respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and follow any rules set by the activity organizer.

GoPlayPal reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Event organizers may set their own rules regarding attendance, cancellations, and participant limits. GoPlayPal is not responsible for user cancellations, no-shows, or disputes between participants.

Repeated no-show behavior may result in account restrictions or suspension at GoPlayPal's discretion.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users under the age of 18 may only participate under the supervision of a responsible adult where permitted by local law.

7. Service Availability

GoPlayPal aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates.

8. Reviews & User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews and content. Content must be truthful and respectful. No defamatory, abusive, or illegal content. We provide a reporting mechanism and may remove content that violates our rules.

9. Payments (If Applicable)

Prices are displayed clearly. Payments are handled by third-party providers. Refunds are subject to applicable EU consumer laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Luxembourg.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
