Community Guidelines

GoPlayPal is a community for players who want to find and join local sports. To keep the platform safe and fair for everyone, we expect the following standards of behavior. User-generated content (profiles, reviews, messages) must comply with these guidelines.
1. Respect Other Players
Treat everyone with respect. Be courteous in communication, on the field, and in reviews. Disagreements are normal; personal attacks are not.
2. No Harassment or Discrimination
We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. This includes in-app messages, reviews, and conduct at events.
3. No Hate Speech
Hate speech, slurs, or content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups is prohibited and will be removed.
4. No Illegal Activity
Do not use GoPlayPal to promote, plan, or engage in illegal activity. Report any such content to support@goplaypal.app.
5. No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other people, organizations, or brands. Use your own identity and accurate profile information.
6. Fair Play and Sportsmanship
Play fairly and show good sportsmanship. Cheating, match-fixing, or deliberately misleading other players about your skill level or availability undermines the community.
7. Moderation and Consequences
We review reported content and accounts. Violations may result in:
- Warning – A first-time or minor violation may result in a warning and removal of content.
- Temporary suspension – Repeated or serious violations may lead to a temporary ban from the platform.
- Permanent ban – Severe or repeated violations (e.g. hate speech, harassment, illegal activity) may result in permanent account termination.
We may also take action to comply with law or to protect the safety of our users.

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it in the app or contact support@goplaypal.app.
