1. AI Use in GoPlayPal

In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we disclose where and how artificial intelligence is used in our service.

2. Current AI Features

GoPlayPal may use AI for: match recommendations, content moderation, and customer support assistance. These systems are designed to be transparent and human oversight is maintained where appropriate.

3. Risk Classification

Our AI systems are classified as limited risk or minimal risk under the EU AI Act. We do not deploy prohibited AI practices (e.g., social scoring, manipulative subliminal techniques).

4. Human Oversight

AI-assisted decisions affecting users can be reviewed by humans. You may request human review of automated decisions that significantly affect you.

5. Data Used by AI

AI systems process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use personal data for AI training beyond what is necessary for service provision, unless you have given explicit consent.

6. Your Rights
